To get a dependent visa in Vietnam, you need to follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Gather all the documents required as mentioned above. Please make sure the documents are notarized according to Vietnam laws.
Step 2: Submit the documents to the Vietnam Immigration Department in Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, or Danang.
Step 3: After submitting the documents you will receive a receipt with an appointment date.
Step 4: Come back to the office on the appointment date to get the visa stamped on the passport of the dependent.
To get a dependent visa outside Vietnam, you need to follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Gather all the documents required as mentioned above. Please make sure the documents are notarized according to Vietnam laws.
Step 2: Submit the documents to the Vietnam Immigration Department in Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, or Danang which is to be done by the sponsor.
Step 3: After submitting the documents, the sponsor will receive a dependent visa approval letter which will then be sent to the dependent.
Step 4: The dependent can then get the dependent visa approval letter stamped upon arrival in Vietnam at any of the 8 international airports in Vietnam.
