These terms apply whenever you use the BDAtrip website to browse or book a tour, search flights, or purchase an eSIM data plan. By using this site, you agree to them.
BDAtrip operates an online platform for browsing and booking tours, searching flights, and purchasing prepaid eSIM data plans for travel destinations worldwide. Flight results link out to the relevant airline or booking partner for the actual ticket purchase — BDAtrip does not sell flight tickets directly.
Tour bookings submitted through our booking form are requests, not confirmed reservations — our team will contact you to confirm availability and payment. eSIM purchases are paid for immediately online via PayPal. All online payments are processed securely by PayPal; BDAtrip never stores your full card or PayPal account details.
Prices are shown in your selected market currency for convenience. Where PayPal doesn't support your selected currency, the charge may be processed in USD at the equivalent converted amount. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is completed.
You agree to provide accurate booking and contact information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase.
All content on this site — including text, destination guides, photography and design — belongs to BDAtrip or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, beyond what's needed to use the site normally.
BDAtrip is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service disruptions (airlines, tour operators, eSIM network coverage) or events outside our platform. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
