This policy explains what information we collect when you use BDAtrip, how we use it, and who we share it with.
When you book a tour, search flights, or purchase an eSIM, we collect information such as your name, email address, country, and order details. For eSIM purchases, PayPal processes your payment directly — we never see or store your full card or PayPal login details.
We use your information to create and manage your bookings and orders, deliver eSIM activation details by email, respond to support requests, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share the minimum information necessary with trusted providers who help us operate the site: PayPal (payment processing), our eSIM wholesale partner (to provision your eSIM), and our email delivery provider (to send order and activation emails). Each provider has its own privacy practices.
We retain order and booking records for as long as needed to provide support, meet accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@bdatrip.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
