Bai Dinh - Trang An is a scenic complex in Ninh Binh province, including a system of limestone mountains with millions of years old, over a long time weathered by changes in the earth and climate, has formed the valleys, caves, lakes, wetland ecosystems, and other monuments have been classified as particularly important national monuments by the Vietnamese government. This place is also a temple complex known for many Asian and Vietnamese records, such as the temple with the largest area, the largest gilded bronze Buddha statue and the longest corridor of Arhat statues in Asia. Expected to become a mixed world heritage site with both cultural and natural criteria, the first in Vietnam. 

CHILDREN TOUR PRICE:

• Under 05 years old: completely free (parents take care of themselves, parents pay by themselves).
• From full 05 to under 08 years old: tour price is equal to 50% of adult tour price.
• From full 08 to under 10 years old: tour price is 75% of adult tour price.
• From full 10 years old and above: equal to the adult tour price.

REGULATIONS APPLY TO THE PROGRAM:

Below is the penalty for tour cancellation according to the Company's regulations. We will flexibly handle each specific case as we can.

• Cancellation after booking: 20% cancellation fee of tour price
• Cancellation 15 days before departure: cancellation fee 50% of tour price
• Cancellation from 5-15 days before departure: cancellation fee 70% of tour price
• Cancellation 3-5 days before departure: cancellation fee 90% of tour price
• Cancellation within 3 days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee
• Note: Whichever comes first, we will apply.

OTHER SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 

• Party B commits to the same service quality as in the announced program.
• Party B organizes party A's guests to go according to the announced schedule. The order of attractions may change, depending on actual conditions, but still ensure enough destinations in the program.
• Party B buys insurance for Party A's guests traveling according to the schedule.
• Due to the nature of the group, if the group has 10 or more guests, we will organize the departure according to the announced schedule. If the group does not have enough 10 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date and notify Party A's guests 5 days before departure. If Party A cannot arrange a new time, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.
• If Party B does not organize the delegation to go at the scheduled time due to force majeure causes such as natural disasters, storms, floods, wars.... Party B will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred shall be agreed upon by both parties.
