• For children under 18 years old, a scanned copy of the birth certificate is required for visa-on-arrival applications (regardless of whether parents accompany them or not).
• If parents are not accompanying the child, a signed authorization letter stating who the child will travel with (including full name and passport number) is required.
• Upon entry, children must carry a certified copy of their birth certificate and the original authorization letter (if applicable).
• If group visa policies change or the group visa is denied, travelers must pay an additional 1,900,000 VND per person for an individual visa (sticker visa), provided time allows. If not paid, cancellation fees apply.
• Passports without a full birth date (day/month/year) are not eligible for group visa applications — please apply for an individual visa.
• Child rates are based on sharing a bed with parents. Separate beds will require full tour payment.
• Prices apply to travelers aged 10–69. Travelers aged 70+ must pay an additional premium insurance fee and sign a health declaration form.
• As this is a shared group tour, departure requires a minimum of 10 adults. If fewer than 10 participants, the company will notify and reschedule or issue a full refund.
• If one adult travels with one child (under 10 years old) without a separate bed, the child must pay the adult rate for a private bed.
• The company is not responsible for denied entry/exit due to personal reasons such as unclear passport data, expired documents, or incorrect information. Any extra costs incurred are borne by the traveler.
• Prices are subject to change due to airline fuel surcharges or visa policy adjustments.
• Itinerary and flight schedules may vary depending on the actual departure date.
• Passengers must not skip designated shopping stops.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
• Itinerary order may change depending on real conditions but all attractions will be covered.
• Participants must stay with the group throughout the tour.
• Relatives residing in the destination country who wish to join the program must notify the travel company in advance.
• Travelers who have undergone facial cosmetic surgery must renew their passport; failure to do so will void the company’s responsibility for immigration issues and related service penalties.

• Passports issued within the last 6 months must state whether it’s a first issue or a reissue.
• Travelers under 18 must submit a scanned copy of their birth certificate (verify parental accompaniment).

Additional Reminders

• Children under 18 must provide a scanned birth certificate and carry an original certified copy for immigration procedures.
• Children traveling without both parents must present a notarized travel authorization letter and bring the original when joining the tour.
• In cases of force majeure (terrorism, natural disasters, transport disruptions, etc.), the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for the safety and convenience of passengers and will not be liable for any arising losses.
