NOTES

• For travelers under 18 years old (before their birthday), a scanned copy of the birth certificate is required for port visa processing (whether or not parents accompany the child).
• If a parent is not traveling with the child, a letter of authorization is required indicating who in the group will accompany the child (provide full name and passport number).
• Upon entry, children only need to bring a certified copy of the birth certificate (also carry a handwritten authorization from parents in case it is needed).

If the China group visa policy changes or the group visa is refused, travelers must pay an additional fee of 1,900,000 VND per person to apply for an individual sticker visa, provided there is enough time. If travelers do not pay this surcharge for the individual visa, cancellation penalties will apply as per policy (surcharge subject to change according to the visa center’s notice).

Passports without a day or month of birth cannot be used for group visas. Please apply for an individual visa instead.

Child pricing is based on sharing a bed with parents. If you require a separate bed for a child, please pay 100% of the tour price.

Prices apply to guests aged 10 to 69. From 70 years old and above, an additional premium insurance fee applies and a health-fitness declaration is required.

As this is a seat-in-coach group, the company will depart as scheduled when the group reaches at least 10 adult guests. If fewer than 10, we will inform you and reschedule or fully refund any prepayments.

If only one adult travels with one child under 10 (no separate bed), please pay the adult price so the child can have their own bed.

If a traveler cannot exit or enter a country due to personal reasons (blurred photo, unclear documents, expired passport, non-compliant documents, etc.), the company is not responsible and the tour fee is non-refundable. Our tour guide will assist with solutions; any additional costs will be at the traveler’s expense.

Prices may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges or visa fees change.

The itinerary and flight times may vary depending on the exact departure date.

Please do not skip any designated shopping stops in the program.

Passports must be valid for more than six months from the departure date.

The order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions, but all listed attractions will be visited.

During the trip, guests are not allowed to leave the group without permission.

If you have relatives in the destination country who wish to join, please contact the travel company before departure.

For guests who have undergone facial cosmetic surgery, a new passport is required. If not renewed, the company is not responsible for entry/exit issues. Any penalties or service cancellations will be at the traveler’s expense.

In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, or changes/disruptions to public transportation (airlines, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to alter the route at any time for customer safety and convenience and will not be liable for any resulting damages.
