NOTES:

• For children under 18 years old, a scanned copy of Birth Certificate is required when applying for border visa (regardless of whether parents travel with them or not).
• If parents do not accompany the child, an authorization letter stating who the child travels with (full name + passport number) is required.
• Children must bring a notarized copy of the Birth Certificate with red seal when entering China (plus handwritten authorization from parents in case needed).
• In case of group visa rejection or policy changes, guests must pay an additional 1,900,000 VND/person for individual visa (sticker visa) if time allows. Otherwise, cancellation penalties apply as per regulations.
• Passports without date/month of birth cannot apply for group visa → must apply for individual visa.
• Children sharing beds with parents will be charged at child rate; if requesting separate bed, 100% tour price applies.
• Tour price applies to guests aged 10–69. Guests over 70 pay extra for premium insurance and must sign a health declaration.
• Minimum 10 adult guests per group required. If fewer than 10, the company will reschedule departure or fully refund.
• One adult traveling with one child under 10 (without separate bed): must pay adult price for the child to ensure a separate bed.
• Guests denied entry/exit due to personal reasons (unclear documents, expired passport, etc.) will bear full responsibility; no refunds. Tour guide will assist but additional costs will be paid by guests.
• Prices subject to change due to fuel surcharges or visa fee changes.
• Flight schedule and itinerary may change depending on actual departure date.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from departure date.
• Itinerary order may change due to actual conditions but ensures all sightseeing points.
• Guests must not leave the group independently. If accompanied by relatives abroad, inform the company before departure.

GROUP VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

1. Scan the entire passport, including blank pages.
2. White-background photo (4x6 cm), no jewelry, tidy hair.

Notes:

• New passports (issued within 6 months) must indicate whether it is a first-time or reissued passport.
• Guests under 18 must scan and submit Birth Certificate (verify if traveling with parents).

Additional Requirements:

• Children under 18 must bring original or notarized Birth Certificate for immigration procedures.
• Children not traveling with parents must provide a notarized travel authorization letter from local authorities.

In case of force majeure (terrorism, natural disasters, transport delays such as flights, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to adjust itinerary for safety and convenience without compensation.
