NOTES:

• Children under 18 must provide a scanned copy of their birth certificate for visa application (regardless of whether parents travel together).
• If a child travels without parents, authorization is required stating who the child will accompany (with full name and passport number).
• At immigration, children must bring a certified copy of the birth certificate and a handwritten parental authorization (for backup).
• If group visa policy changes or group visa is rejected, customers must pay an extra 1,900,000 VND/person for an individual visa (sticker visa), if time permits. If not paid, cancellation penalties apply. (Individual visa fee may vary depending on the Visa Center).
• Passports without date/month of birth are not eligible for group visa. Individual visa required.
• Child price calculated for sharing bed with parents. Separate bed requires full tour price.
• Price valid for ages 10–69. Guests aged 70+ pay extra for premium insurance and must sign a health commitment.
• Tour departs with a minimum of 10 adults. If fewer, the company will reschedule or refund.
• 1 adult with 1 child under 10 (no separate bed): child charged adult rate to have their own bed.
• Company not responsible if client denied entry/exit due to personal reasons (unclear/mistyped documents, expired passports, etc.). Extra costs borne by clients. Guides will assist with solutions.
• Prices may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges or visa fees change.
• Program and flight times may vary by departure date.
• Passport must be valid at least 6 months from departure date.
• Itinerary order may change depending on circumstances but will cover all listed destinations.
• Clients must not leave the group independently. If relatives in China wish to join, notify the company in advance.
• For clients with facial cosmetic surgery, a new passport is required. Without it, company not liable for entry/exit issues.

GROUP VISA PROCEDURES:

1. Scan the entire passport, every page, including blanks.
2. Portrait photo 4x6cm, white background, no jewelry, neat hair.

Important:

• New passports issued less than 6 months must declare whether it’s a first-time issue or a reissue.
• Passengers under 18 must provide scanned birth certificate (check if traveling with parents).

Reminders:

• Children under 18 must bring certified copy or extract of birth certificate for immigration.
• Children under 18 traveling without parents must provide notarized travel authorization from local authorities, scan for visa application, and bring original for immigration.
