• If a visa application under the group category is rejected, it will be converted to an individual visa at the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi (if time allows). Additional cost: 1,500,000 VND/person.
• Customers refusing individual visa processing are subject to cancellation fees per the contract.
• Individuals with facial cosmetic surgery must renew their passports; otherwise, the company is not liable for immigration issues.
• Pregnant travelers (over 5 months) are not accepted for safety reasons.
• The company is not responsible for visa denial due to unclear or expired documents and will not refund tour fees.
• Force majeure cases (natural disasters, strikes, flight delays, etc.) are beyond the company’s liability.
• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests must bring 2 passport photos (4x6 cm) for re-entry visa procedures.
• Foreign passport holders with single-entry Vietnam visas must pay an additional 1,100,000 VND/person for re-entry and bring 2 white-background photos (4x6 cm).
• Green card holders without a valid Vietnamese passport are not eligible for this tour.
• Child pricing applies for those sharing a bed with parents; otherwise, full adult fare applies.
• Tour prices apply for guests aged 11–69. Travelers aged 70+ pay extra for premium insurance and must provide a health certificate (for those 75+).
• The tour requires a minimum of 15 adults to operate. If the group is smaller, guests will be notified for rescheduling or refund.
• Itinerary order may change depending on local conditions but will maintain all listed attractions.
• For one adult traveling with one child (under 10 years old), the child must pay the adult price for a separate bed.
• Guests must not leave the group during the tour. If they wish to meet relatives locally, please inform the company in advance.

VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Scan or photo of passport pages 2–3 (valid for at least 6 months beyond tour end date).
• Scan of a 4x6 cm photo, white background (no glasses, no covered ears, colored clothing, no jewelry).
• Children under 18 must provide a birth certificate (scanned and carry an original or certified copy).
• If a child under 18 is not traveling with both parents, a notarized travel authorization letter is required (scanned and original must be presented during travel).
