• For children under 18, a scanned birth certificate must be submitted with visa applications (even if traveling with parents).
• If parents are not accompanying, a notarized authorization letter must state who the child will travel with (including full name and passport number).

If group visa policies change or a group visa is denied, travelers must pay an additional 1,900,000 VND/person for an individual (sticker) visa, if time permits.
