CHILDREN POLICY: 

• Children under 02 years old: free of tour price (parents take care of the baby)
• Children from 3 to 4 years old: Collect 220,000 VND train ticket, free tour price (parents take care of the baby)
• Children from 5 – 11 years old: 50% of tour price, including train tickets and food services, car seat but baby sleeps with parents, no separate bed.
• Children from 11 years old and up: 100% tour price as adults.
• Guests traveling with 2 or more children under 06 years old: please buy an additional ticket at 50% of the tour price to have standard meals, seats, sightseeing for the children (excluding train tickets).

NOTE :

• When you go, please bring discreet clothes (Long pants, collared shirt) to visit Hang Duong cemetery.
• Check in at 14h00, check out at 12h00. 
• You bring ID card (original for Vietnamese guests is ID card (clear photo, valid for less than 15 years)
• For overseas Vietnamese & foreigners entering with separate visa, please bring visa, customs declaration passport when traveling and passport
• Must provide correct name according to ID card, passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old) Provide date of birth of children under 12 years old
• From 14 years old . and above must go by plane with ID card. 
• Children under 14 years old: bring Birth Certificate (original or copy with visa) for aviation and other administrative procedures. If you do not have a parent to accompany you, you must have a parent's authorization letter and certified by the local authority (ward, commune).

• If you cancel the tour after registration, you will be charged 25% of the tour price.
• If you cancel the tour 15 days before the tour departs, you will be charged 50% of the tour price.
• If you cancel the tour before the tour departs 07 days, you will be charged 75% of the tour price.
• If you cancel the tour before the tour departs 02 days, 100% of the tour price will be charged.
