CHILDREN TOUR PRICE

• Children from 10 years old and above are the same as adults
• From full 5 to under 10 years old: Standard of ½ meal, sitting in 1 car seat, sleeping together with parents.
• From 2 to under 5 years old: Tour price only includes air ticket, insurance, drinking water. If the expenses for meals and sightseeing tickets are incurred, parents will take care of the baby themselves. Families of 2 children aged 5-10 years old, will apply the policy: 1 child is 5-10 years old, the second child will be charged 100% of the cost as an adult. Due to the nature of the group - to avoid affecting the service quality of the group, the policy with the second child has been raised to suit the members of the group.
• Under 2 years old: The tour price only includes seats on the plane according to aviation regulations, insurance, and drinking water.
• Single room: 400.000 - 1.300.000

TOUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: APPLICATION TO BAMBOO - NO CANCELLATION

• If you cancel the tour after registration and 30 days before departure: loss of tour deposit fee
• If you cancel the tour from 20-30 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour 15-20 days before the departure date: cancellation fee of 80% of the tour value.
• If you cancel the tour within 15 days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee of tour value.

Note : Whichever comes first, we will apply that condition.

CONDITIONS FOR AIR TICKETS

• Bamboo Airways: No refund, change of name, change of itinerary, separation of sectors in any case 
• Flight time is subject to change according to the flight time of Bamboo Airways.
• When traveling by plane, you should bring one of the following documents: (ID card with less than 15 years validity, or passport with more than 6 months validity, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old)
• For children who are full 14 years old (Requires ID card, or passport. If not, a certificate of identity according to the form and red stamp of the locality of residence is required)
• For children Children who are not traveling with their parents must have a confirmation of authorization from their parents with confirmation, a red seal of the locality of their residence for the accompanying person, to check-in on the plane.

GENERAL REGULATIONS:

• If you cancel the tour due to being denied check-in at the airport due to identity / identification The travel agency is not responsible for the above incident. Program costs will not be refunded in this case.
• Due to the nature of the group, if the group has 10 adults or more, the group will depart on the same day. If the group does not have enough 10 guests, the travel agency will have the duty to notify you 02 days before the departure date.
• If the travel unit does not organize for the group to go at the scheduled time due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, storms, floods, wars, etc. The travel agency will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred will be agreed upon by both parties
•  Due to the characteristics of the new route, if arriving 2 days before departure, the travel company that does not collect the minimum number of guests to depart has the right to cancel the tour, refund or delay the departure date. 
•  You pay 100% of the tour value as soon as you register. 
•  The travel company has the right to change the child price when the number of children registered in the group is the maximum number of children allowed according to the price calculation frame.
