Itinerary

Day 1

  • Pick-up at Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter 
  • Short break in Luong Son (Outside of Hanoi).
  • Stop at the local market of the Muong Ethnic Minority
  • Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Thung Khe Pass (One of the 10 most beautiful passes in Vietnam)
  • Arrive in Mai Chau Valley for lunch
  • Visit a Thai traditional Stilt House 
  • Cycle around to visit villages of the Thai ethnic minority 
  • Stop by the handcraft village to learn about weaving 
  • Board the van to go to Pu Luong Nature Reserve
  • Check-in at Pu Luong Eco Garden 
  • Go swimming in the pool or walk around the village
  • Have dinner 

Day 2

  • Have breakfast at Pu Luong Eco Garden
  • Board the van to Pho Doan (Visit the local market of Pho Doan for tours that fall on Thursday and Sunday morning)
  • Reach Hieu Waterfall
  • Have lunch by the waterfall.
  • Free time to relax and swim in the waterfall or trek to explore the surrounding village and jungle
  • Board the van to go back to Pu Luong Eco Garden's The Mountain Retreat 
  • Free time to relax by the infinity pool
  • Dinner at the lodge with local rice wine

Day 3

  • Have breakfast in the lodge 
  • Go trekking through the terrace rice fields
  • Visit remote rural villages of Black Thai Minorities
  • Explore Doi Cave (Bat cave) of Kho Muong village
  • Back to the Mountain Retreat
  • Check out 
  • Have lunch and have free time to relax in the Infinity pool or walk around the village
  • Board the van to go to Mai Chau to catch the bus to Hanoi
  • Arrive in Hanoi's old quarter
