CHILD STANDARDS: 

• Price list applies. Age will be calculated from the date of birth to the date of departure.
• Children from 11 years of age and older meet the same standards as adults
• From full 6 to under 11 years old: 2.290.000 Standard ½ main meal, 1 meal on board, 01 meal at the restaurant, 01 bed in K4 on the train, sharing a hotel with parents, excluding breakfast at guests hotel.
• From under 6 years old: 350.000 Insurance, drinking water included. If the expenses for meals and sightseeing tickets are incurred, parents will take care of the baby themselves.

CONDITIONS OF TOUR CANCELLATION: 

• If you cancel the tour after registering: lose the tour deposit fee
• If you cancel the tour from 30 - 20 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour from 20 to 7 days before the departure date: cancellation fee of 70% of the tour value.
• If you cancel the tour 07 days of departure: cancellation fee 100% of the tour value.

Note: Whichever comes first we will apply.

TRAIN TICKET CONDITIONS:

• When traveling by train, you should bring one of the following documents: (ID card valid for less than 15 years, or passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).
• For children 14 years old (Requires ID card, if not, must have a certificate of identity according to the form and stamp of the locality of residence).
• For children who are not traveling with their parents, they must have a confirmation of authorization from their parents, certified by the locality of the place of residence for the accompanying person, to carry out the boarding procedures.

GENERAL REGULATIONS:

• If Party A cancels the tour due to being refused to check-in at the train station due to identity / identification, our company is not responsible for the above incident. Program costs will not be refunded by us in this case.
• Due to the nature of the group, if the group has 25 adults or more, the group will depart on the same day. If the group does not have enough 25 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date and notify Party A 10 working days in advance. In case Party A cannot follow the departure schedule, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.
• If Party B does not organize for the delegation to go at the scheduled time due to force majeure causes such as natural disasters, storms, floods, wars, .... Party B will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred shall be agreed upon by both parties.
• In case of an outbreak of Covid 19 and there is a notice or regulation of the state management agency in the locality where the delegation departs as well as the place of arrival, in writing before the group departs with the deposit amount. will be reserved for another departure date and not refunded.
