Introducing Moc Chau Love Market tour

Every year, on the occasion of National Day, all H'Mong people, regardless of age or youth, young or old, rich or poor, enthusiastically invite each other to the district center to celebrate Independence Day and also the love market day of the H'mong. took place in Moc Chau. To go to the festival, the H'Mong people have to prepare many days in advance, choosing for themselves the most beautiful and brilliant costumes.

Festival activities usually last from August 31 to September 2, but the most crowded is on September 1. They come here not to buy and sell, but to date, to send affection, to show love gestures, to have fun after hard working days.

A few days in the market are able to meet, exchange, talk, make a relationship, drink alcohol ... although it can't fill all the sorrows and lack of daily life, it is also a motivation for them to keep trying. And without knowing when, Chau Moc love market has become an indispensable cultural feature of the H'mong people and is also the highlight of Moc Chau to attract tourists from all over the world to learn.

Children:

  • Children from 1-4 years old are free of charge (parents take care of all expenses for children, do not occupy seats in the car). 02 adults can only be accompanied by 01 child for free, from the second child, 75% of the tour price (standard as charged children).
  • Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (separate meals, seats in private cars but must share a bed with parents). 02 charged children also do not have their own standard bed.
  • Children 10 years and older are counted as adults.

You should note:

  • You must bring: legal identification (ID card or Passport)
  • You should bring: insect repellent, common cold medicine, toothbrush, toothpaste and separate towels if necessary because living conditions in the mountains are still more limited compared to cities great.
  • Children are free or children 75% will have standard children's admission tickets. In the case of children whose height exceeds the regulations of some tourist destinations, there are regulations on height. If you have to buy admission tickets according to the standards of adults, the family should pay an additional fee for the child.
  • If you are a vegetarian, please bring more vegetarian food to ensure your taste.
  • Any service in the tour, if you do not use it, will not be refunded.
  • If you register for the tour on the occasion from April to November every year, you should bring light and airy clothes.
  • The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of attractions to suit the conditions of each specific departure date, but still ensure all attractions in the program.
  • In case there are 6 or less passengers on the departure day, the driver can act as a guide. These are drivers with a lot of experience, knowledgeable about the local culture.

Especially to note:

  • As a mountain tour, often traveling by small car, it is recommended that you do not bring bulky, oversized and do not carry a lot of luggage. Should bring backpacks instead of carrying hard suitcases. In addition, you should also bring the necessary personal items to use when staying at the Homestay.
  • In case the guest is traveling alone, but we cannot arrange a roommate, they are required to pay a separate sleeping fee equal to 50% of the room rate/night during the tour.
  • Travel insurance is only purchased when customers register to buy a tour at least 02 days before departure (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
