Note to children:

• Children: under 4 years old: air ticket + free tour)
• From 4 to Under 7 years old: air ticket + 50% tour
• From 7 to under 11 years old: 85% of tour + airfare
• From 12 years old as an adult

NOTE:

• The tour price is only valid when the two parties agree to sign a contract and transfer the entire tour fee.
• The tour program can be flexibly changed according to the flight time and actual weather conditions.
• Flight times are subject to change depending on the airline.
• The airline does not cancel, change the name, change itineraries, split sectors under any circumstances.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is before 12:00.
• Foreign guests, overseas Vietnamese with passports and visas (valid).
• Vietnamese guests bring ID card (not expired 15 years).
• Children under 14 years old bring birth certificate/passport (with red stamp). Children from 14 years old and above are required to have ID card/Passport.
• For customers from 70 - 85 years old, family and guests must commit to ensure their health condition with us before joining the tour. If there are any problems on the tour, the company is not responsible under all circumstances.

REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE PROGRAM:
Below is the tour cancellation penalty according to the company's regulations. We will flexibly handle each specific case as we can.
Conditions of tour cancellation of Party A (Tourist):

• If you cancel the tour after registration and 20 days before departure: the tour deposit fee will be forfeited
• If you cancel the tour 15-20 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour 10-15 days before the departure date: cancellation fee of 70% of the tour value.
• If you cancel the tour within 10 days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee of tour value.
  Note: Whichever comes first we will apply.

General regulations:

• If party A cancels the tour due to being refused to check-in at the airport due to identity / identity document, our company is not responsible for the above incident. Program costs will not be refunded by us in this case.
• Due to the nature of the group, if the group has 10 adults or more, the group will depart on the same day. If the group does not have 10 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date and notify Party A 15 working days in advance. In case Party A cannot follow the departure schedule, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.
• If Party B does not organize for the delegation to go at the scheduled time due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, storms, floods, wars.... Party B will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred shall be agreed upon by both parties
