Tuy Hoa airport is located about 10km from Tuy Hoa city. It usually takes around 17 to 20 minutes to reach the city center from the airport. To get there, you can choose to either take a motorbike taxi which costs around 70,000 - 80,000 VND, or a taxi which costs around 120,000 - 130,000 VND depending on your drop location. Another option is to travel by bus which costs 10,000 - 15,000 VND. Though, currently, there are no direct bus services from the airport. You will have to take the bus which can be found 2 km outside the airport.
The best time to visit Tuy Hoa is from March to September when the weather is warm with little to no chance of rain. It is best to avoid traveling to Tuy Hoa during the rainy season from September to December if you don’t want your vacation ruined by constant rainfall.
The best time to book a flight to Tuy Hoa is at least 1 to 3 months before your trip, especially if you are planning to visit during or around Tet Festival.
