NOTES & POLICIES

• Child rates apply for children sharing a bed with parents. For separate bedding, full adult fare applies.
• Minimum group size: 15 adults. If fewer, the company reserves the right to reschedule or refund in full.
• One adult traveling with one child under 12 (without a separate bed) must pay the adult price for the child to receive a separate bed.
• The company is not responsible for denied entry/exit due to personal document issues (e.g., expired passport, unclear photo, tax debts, etc.).
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
• The itinerary order may change for operational reasons but will include all listed attractions.
• Guests must stay with the group throughout the tour; private arrangements must be pre-approved.
• Facial cosmetic surgery requires a new passport; otherwise, the company will not be responsible for entry issues.
• Tour prices may vary if visa fees change.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

• 1 photo 4x6 cm, white background, clearly showing facial features (no white shirt).
• Scanned passport information page, all corners visible, clear and without glare. Passport must be valid for over 6 months.
• If the passport information page does not include “Place of Birth,” a supplementary annotation is required (scan both pages).
• For new Vietnamese passports without “Place of Birth,” travelers must request an annotation at the Immigration Department.
• Children under 14 years old must provide a scanned birth certificate and bring a certified copy upon entry.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (terrorism, natural disasters, transportation changes), the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for safety reasons without compensation.
