CHILD FARE POLICY

• Under 2 years old: 1 checked bag of 10 kg per child; no carry-on; shares bed with an adult.
• From 2 to under 10 years old: Same baggage allowance as adults; shares bed with an adult.
• From 10 years old and above: 100% of adult price.
• Ratio: Every 2 adults may accompany 1 child. A second child must be upgraded to adult fare.

CANCELLATION TERMS

As this is a join-in group tour, departure is guaranteed when there are 15 or more adult guests.

• If the group has fewer than 15 guests, we will notify you 7 days before departure to reschedule or refund in full.
• If China’s group visa policy changes and your group visa is declined due to personal reasons, you may apply for an individual visa (subject to time and complete documents) with an additional fee (est.) USD 120/person.

Cancellation fees:

• After the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa: 100% of tour price.
• 30+ days before departure: 10% of tour price.
• 16–29 days: 30%.
• 08–15 days: 60%.
• 04–07 days: 90%.
• 01–03 days: 100%.

Note: Working days only; weekends and public holidays are excluded.

IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN REGISTERING

• Travel dates may shift by 1–2 days depending on the visa issue date from the Chinese Consulate.
• Prepare basic medicines (e.g., for headaches, stomach aches, colds), band-aids, and allergy meds.
• Consider light physical training before departure to adapt to the plateau climate.
• Guests on prescription medication should bring sufficient supply and follow doctor’s directions.
• Ages 70–74: Health declaration with the company required.
• Ages 75+: Doctor’s certificate for international travel and a company health declaration required; must travel with a healthy relative under 60. Additional premium insurance applies (varies by tour).
• Not accepted: Guests 80+ years old; pregnant guests from 5 months onward (for safety reasons).
• Flight schedules depend on airlines and may change without prior notice.
• Itinerary order may vary due to local conditions while ensuring all listed sights are included.
• Please arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport 3 hours before departure. Late arrival after check-in counters close will be treated as same-day cancellation; the company cannot be held responsible.
• Guests are responsible for complying with entry/exit regulations at all destinations. If refused entry, no costs are refundable; guests will bear any arising expenses. The company will assist within its capacity but will not cover costs if immigration authorities detain or deny entry. In such cases, no refunds are possible for unused services per local supplier policies.
• Foreign passport holders must hold a valid Vietnamese visa through the departure date.
• For foreign/overseas Vietnamese guests, please check whether your Vietnam visa is single-entry or multiple-entry. For re-entry visas, bring two 4×6 cm photos (white background) and your Vietnam visa when exiting/entering.
• The company is not responsible for missed visits due to force majeure (natural disasters, security incidents) or aviation issues (technical/security problems, delays, cancellations). Refunds for unused services will be considered where possible after deducting used/irreversible costs (e.g., visa fees); no additional compensation applies.
• Guests must not leave the group during the tour.
• When registering, please read the itinerary, price, inclusions/exclusions, and cancellation conditions carefully. If registering through a third party, ensure you fully understand the program through them. The company is not liable for expenses arising from failure to review the registration conditions, notes, inclusions/exclusions, and tour program.
