IMPORTANT NOTES

• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals who require a Vietnam re-entry visa must bring 2 photos (size 4x6 cm). If entering Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring the visa and entry/exit form when joining the tour.
• Pregnant women from 5 months onward are not accepted on international tours due to safety reasons. (Customers must inform the company if any family member is pregnant when registering. The company will not be responsible if guests fail to notify in advance.)
• If a guest is refused exit or entry due to personal reasons (such as unclear or invalid documents, expired passport, not meeting regulations, etc.), the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee. The tour guide will provide support and the best possible solutions, but all additional costs will be borne by the guest.
• The company will not be responsible for ensuring sightseeing points or compensating additional costs in cases such as natural disasters (storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes), terrorism, strikes, airline issues (technical errors, security problems, flight delays/cancellations/changes), or delays caused by members of the group.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the tour’s end date, with clear and accurate information (full name, date of birth, passport number, etc.), sufficient blank pages, and without damage, amendments, stains, or blurred information.
• Foreign passport holders with a single-entry Vietnam visa must pay an additional fee of 1,100,000 VND/person for a re-entry visa and bring a separate visa plus 2 white-background 4x6 photos for customs procedures upon returning to Vietnam.
• Guests who only hold a Green Card (temporary residence abroad) without a valid Vietnamese passport are not eligible to register for tours to third countries.
