This 6 day, 5 night journey will take you through some of the most unique destinations, from majestic natural reserves to ancient villages preserving the traditional charm of ethnic minorities. Join BDATrip on an enchanting adventure to one of China's most beautiful provinces, where every corner and every path tells a story.
Guizhou is renowned for its unique karst topography, emerald rivers, and especially its vibrant cultural diversity, home to over 17 ethnic minority groups, with the Miao people being the most prominent. This land is not just a paradise for nature lovers but also a living museum of traditional architecture, customs, and cuisine.
Our journey begins in Guiyang the dynamic capital of Guizhou, before leading us to more remote areas where time seems to slow down, offering authentic and profound experiences. Each destination on this tour has been carefully selected, promising unforgettable memories.

The first highlight of our trip is Libo Da Xiao Qikong, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a National 5A level Scenic Area. It is often referred to as the “Emerald on the Earth’s Belt” due to its pristine and magnificent beauty. With the Small Seven Holes spanning 12km, you will witness a harmonious complex of roaring waterfalls, majestic karst mountains, crystal clear turquoise lakes, and vast primeval forests.

Libo not only offers stunning natural scenery but also conceals mysterious caves and underground rivers. The waterfalls here come in diverse forms, from gentle, shy cascades like a maiden to roaring, powerful torrents. The distinctive sapphire-blue water of Small Seven Holes will leave you awestruck by the surreal beauty of nature's creation.
Continuing our journey, we will visit Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, a National 4A level Scenic Area and home to the largest Miao ethnic group in the world. This village is a vibrant living museum of Miao culture, with traditional stilt houses built precariously on the mountainsides, creating a magnificent and impressive panorama.

Here, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in simple rural life, learn about customs, traditional handicrafts such as silverwork, and especially enjoy the characteristic “Long Table Feast” of the Miao people. From the observation deck, a panoramic view of Xijiang unfolds like a grand painting with winding rivers, lush terraced fields, and densely packed stilt houses, a testament to the diligence and wisdom of the Miao ethnic group.
A must-visit destination is Zhenyuan Ancient Town, a National 5A level Scenic Area dubbed the “Venice of the East.” With a history spanning over 2,281 years, Zhenyuan boasts ancient architecture, stone-paved streets, and the Wuyang River winding through the town center, creating a romantic and timeless beauty. Ancient bridges spanning the river and traditional houses reflected in the calm waters will transport you back to an ancient China.

Exploring Zhenyuan, you will feel the interplay of history and culture, where every alley and every temple holds fascinating stories. Especially at night, Zhenyuan becomes even more dazzling and magical with lights reflecting on the water, creating a stunning spectacle.
The journey also takes us to Qingyan Ancient Town, another 5A level scenic area, known as the “Hometown of Chinese Poetry.” With ancient stone roads and time worn traditional architecture, Qingyan exudes a tranquil, romantic charm. You can stroll through narrow alleys, savor local delicacies, and experience the peaceful atmosphere of a millennia-old town.

Furthermore, Qianling Mountain Park, a National 4A level Scenic Area in Guiyang, is an ideal stop. This park is famous for its verdant mountains, clear lakes, ancient temples, and particularly its playful wild monkeys. Dubbed “the most precious thing in the city, the most beautiful thing in nature,” Qianling Mountain is where you can immerse yourself in nature, explore diverse ecosystems, and enjoy the fresh air.
Concluding our exploration is Jiaxiu Tower, Guiyang's cultural symbol. This three-story structure is built on a massive rock in the middle of the Nanming River, boasting unique architecture and a long history dating back to the Ming Dynasty. Surrounded by the Fuyu stone bridge and Hanbitan Lake, Jiaxiu Tower exudes an ancient, serene beauty, making it an ideal spot for sightseeing and learning about the city's cultural development.

The Guizhou 6 day, 5 night tour is not just a trip but a profound journey into the natural beauty, cultural diversity, and rich history of this region. Let BDATrip accompany you in creating unforgettable experiences in mystical Guizhou!
