TOUR BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

• Fill out the registration form and submit visa documents at least 20 days before departure.
• Deposit: 9,000,000 VND per person (including visa fee and airfare).
• Passengers exempted from visa or holding a valid visa will receive a 600,000 VND discount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• After visa issuance: 100% cancellation fee of total tour price.
• 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee.
• 16–29 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
• 08–15 days before departure: 60% cancellation fee.
• 04–07 days before departure: 90% cancellation fee.
• 01–03 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation time is calculated on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Tour dates may change by 1–2 days depending on visa issuance from the Chinese Consulate.
• Prepare essential medication such as pain relievers, stomach medicine, cold remedies, allergy tablets, and bandages.
• Guests are advised to exercise beforehand to adapt to the highland climate.
• Passengers under medical treatment must bring sufficient prescribed medication.
• Travelers aged 70–74 must sign a Health Declaration.
• Travelers aged 75+ must provide a doctor’s health certificate, a company health commitment form, and be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60. An additional premium insurance fee will apply.
• Children under 24 months and travelers aged 80+ are not accepted.
• Pregnant women over 5 months cannot join the tour for safety reasons.
• Flight times are subject to airline schedules and may change without prior notice.
• The order of sightseeing may vary due to real conditions but all listed destinations will be included.
• Passengers must arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport 3 hours before departure. Late arrival after check-in closure is treated as same-day cancellation, and the company bears no responsibility.
• Travelers must comply with immigration rules. If denied entry, no refunds will be issued, and any arising costs are at the traveler’s expense.
• Foreign passport holders must hold a valid Vietnam entry visa on the departure date.
• For overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests, please verify whether your Vietnam visa allows single or multiple entry. Bring two 4x6 cm photos with white background and your Vietnam visa for re-entry procedures.
• The company is not responsible for missed visits caused by natural disasters, security incidents, or flight issues (technical, delays, cancellations, etc.).
• In such cases, reasonable refunds for unused services (after deduction of used services like visa fees) may be offered, but no additional compensation is applicable.
• Guests must remain with the group throughout the itinerary.
