Visa Application Requirements

• Scan passport pages 2–3 and 48–49, plus citizen ID card.
• Scan 4×6 cm photo with a white background, colored clothing (no white shirt), ears and forehead visible, no glasses. File format: JPG. (Photo must be taken within the last 6 months, clear quality).
• For children under 18 years old, include a scanned birth certificate, and carry the original with red seal plus an authorization letter (if not traveling with parents).

Important Notes

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after tour completion. Use the most recent passport if renewed, ensuring all personal details are clear and accurate.
• The itinerary order may change due to local traffic or weather but all listed destinations will be maintained.
• Guests who have undergone facial cosmetic surgery are advised to renew their passports to avoid entry/exit issues.
• Pregnant travelers (from 5 months onward) are not accepted for safety reasons.
• The company is not responsible for denied entry due to personal reasons (e.g., unclear passport photos, expired documents, etc.).
• The company is not liable for losses or delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or flight delays/cancellations.
• Passengers entering Vietnam with a loose visa must carry their visa and entry declaration.
• Travelers with only green cards (foreign residence permits) and no valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for tours to third countries.
• Children sharing beds with parents will be charged accordingly; if a separate bed is required, full adult fare applies.
• In case of one adult traveling with one child under 11, full adult fare will apply for the child to ensure a separate bed.
• Travel insurance covers guests under 75 years old. Those aged 75–80 must pay a premium for extended coverage and travel with a healthy companion under 60. Travelers over 80 are not eligible for insurance.
• This is a group tour; departure is guaranteed when the group reaches 16 adults or more. If fewer than 15 guests register, the company will inform clients to reschedule or refund payments.
• Guests must stay with the group throughout the journey. If accompanied by local relatives, prior approval from the tour operator is required.
