IMPORTANT NOTES

For Children Under 18

• Must provide a scanned copy of the birth certificate, regardless of whether parents travel together.
• If a child travels without both parents, a notarized authorization letter stating who accompanies the child is required (full name + passport number).
• Upon entry, children must carry a certified copy of the birth certificate and the parental authorization letter for inspection if needed.

Visa Policy

• If China’s group visa policy changes or a group visa is rejected, travelers must pay a 1,500,000 VND/person surcharge for an individual visa (sticker visa), provided time allows.
• If not paid, cancellation fees apply per company policy.
• Passports missing date/month of birth cannot apply for group visas.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from departure date.

Pricing & Conditions

• Child price applies when sharing a bed with parents. Separate bedding requires full adult fare.
• Applicable for passengers aged 10–69. Travelers aged 70+ must pay additional premium insurance fees and sign a health declaration.
• As this is a group tour, departures require at least 10 adult participants. If fewer, the company will reschedule or refund all payments.
• A single adult traveling with one child under 10 (sharing bed) must pay adult price for the child to have a separate bed.
• The company bears no responsibility for denied entry/exit due to personal reasons (invalid passport, unclear information, tax debts, etc.). Any related costs are the traveler’s responsibility.
• Prices may change due to fuel surcharge or visa fee adjustments.
• Itinerary and flight schedules may vary depending on departure date.
• The itinerary order may be rearranged for convenience, but all attractions will be visited.
• Passengers must remain with the group throughout the tour.
• Guests with local relatives wishing to join the program must notify the company before departure.
• For travelers who have undergone facial cosmetic surgery, a new passport is required. Failure to do so may result in immigration denial, for which the company assumes no responsibility.

• Passports issued less than 6 months ago must specify whether it’s new issuance or renewal.
• Travelers under 18 must include a scanned birth certificate.

REMINDERS

• Children under 18 must bring a notarized or certified copy of the birth certificate or official extract.
• Children traveling without parents must present a local authority–stamped travel authorization letter.
• In cases of force majeure (terrorism, natural disasters, transport delays), the company reserves the right to adjust itineraries for customer safety and convenience without compensation for related costs.
