Bai Dinh Pagoda, located in the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, is one of the largest and most important spiritual sites in Vietnam. This expansive complex features impressive architecture, including the largest bronze Buddha statue in Southeast Asia, and numerous temples, pavilions, and bells. Surrounded by lush forests and towering mountains, Bái Đính offers visitors a peaceful environment for spiritual reflection and connection with nature. 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Departure for Ninh Binh
We will pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter to begin the journey to Ninh Binh. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Vietnam's rural landscapes along the way.
10:30 AM: Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, the guide will take you to explore Hoa Lu, the ancient royal capital of Vietnam during the 10th century. Here, you'll visit the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, and learn about the heroic history of these two kings during the Chinese Wars. Afterward, continue to Tam Coc, located 10 kilometers from Hoa Lu.
11:30 AM: Discover Mua Cave Visit Mua Cave (Mua translates to "Dance") and climb the 500 stone steps to the top of Mua Mountain. From the summit, enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Hoa Lu area and its stunning natural beauty.
12:30 PM: Lunch and Boat Trip in Tam Coc Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, board a traditional bamboo boat rowed by local residents to explore the Hoang Long River and Tam Coc (Three Caves). The boat ride takes you through three large caves, offering a cool escape from the summer heat. This 2-hour journey showcases the serene rural life, local fishing activities, and the striking limestone karst formations for which Tam Coc is famous.
If you enjoy cycling, you can also choose to take a bike ride for about an hour, exploring authentic villages and breathtaking landscapes near the restaurant.
5:00 PM: Hotel Check-In and Rest After the day’s adventures, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax.
6:30 PM: Dinner and Free Time Savor a delightful dinner at a local restaurant. The evening is free for you to explore Ninh Binh at your own pace or simply relax. Overnight stay in Ninh Binh.

10:00 AM: Hotel Check-out - Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda: After checking out, the driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Bai Dinh Pagoda, a renowned site famous for its impressive records. The pagoda complex covers an area of 107 hectares, featuring the massive Tam The Hall and Phap Chu Hall, each spanning thousands of square meters. It is also home to Southeast Asia's largest bronze Buddha statue (weighing 100 tons) and three Tam The statues, each weighing 50 tons, creating a majestic and sacred atmosphere.
12:30 PM: Lunch at a Local Restaurant After exploring the pagoda, take a break and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
1:30 PM: Explore Trang An Eco-Tourism Complex
The driver will take you to Trang An pier, where you’ll board a boat to explore the Trang An Eco-Tourism Complex. This UNESCO World Heritage site is a natural wonder with limestone karsts, verdant valleys, and interconnected rivers, creating a mystical and enchanting landscape. You’ll journey through unique caves such as Toi (Dark Cave), Sang (Bright Cave), Nau Ruou (Wine Brewing Cave), Sinh Cave, Si Cave, Ba Giot (Three Drop Cave), and Dia Linh Cave, marveling at the fascinating stalactites and rock formations.
5:30 PM: Return to Hanoi After the Trang An boat tour, you’ll board the vehicle for the journey back to Hanoi.
8:00 PM: End of the Tour Arrive in Hanoi and conclude the tour. We hope to see you again on your next adventure
