A discovery trip in the northernmost province in Vietnam has many specular points as well-known Dong Van Karst Global Geopark. The special trip would like introduce to tourists a new experimental tour with new destinations and unforgetable experiments such as exploring the highland by various transportation as motorbike, boat and car.
Highlights:
- Boating on Nho Que river, accrossing Tu San gorge – this is one of the deepest gorge in the South East Asa, location is at bottom of Ma Po Leng Pass.
- Discovering accient and traditional villages of ethnic minorities in Dong Van park such as Lung Tam and Lung Cam – brocade villages, Dao’s village in Nam Dam.
- Conquering high mountains top as Ma Pi Leng pass, Chin Khoanh, Tham Ma slope, Bac Sum slope, Quan Ba sky gate.
- Discovering open tradiational market at the weekend.
- Check-in famous destinations: Lung Cu Flag Tower, Vuong King's Palace, Dong Van town.

Day 1
Morning
06:15 Departing from Hanoi Old Quarter or tourists check in at HAGIANG SHUTTLEBUS at 16 Hang Chinh to go to Ha Giang province. Resting on the bus.
13:00 Arriving Ha Giang City. Checking in the hostel and going to have a lunch.
Afternoon
Going to Quan Ba – the entrance of Dong Van Geopark, taking photo at some places:
Bac Sum slope, sightseeing and shooting at the slope as 8km length.
Visiting Quan Ba Sky Gate, Quan Ba Twins mountains.
Cheking in Nam Dam village – the cultrural village of Dao ethnic, exploring traditional custom and free time for walking around the village.
Having bathing traditional herbs, made from Dao ethnic (Self paid)
Night: Having dinner and sleeping at Nam Dam Homestay.
Day 2
Morning
Going to Dong Van highland, having breakfast at Trang Kin noodle – this is a famous noodle here.
Visiting Lung Tam village – has a long-standing traditional craft of brocade wearing. Making a final textile products underwent 41 steps. The tourist can have a chance to wear and take photos with traditional dress.
Visiting Sao Ha village – this has 22 houshold families isolation with other community. Going to go Old forest by motorbikes, walking to bamboo forest to entrance the village.
Lunch: Having lunch at Hau Hien restaurant – Pho Cao.
Afternoon
Going to Dong Van town.
Chin Khoanh slope: sightseeing and shooting at the slope.
Lung cam – a cultural tourist village: location in the narrow, incredibly picturesque Sung La valley. This was a background of many famous films in Vietnam such as Pao’s story and Silence in the Canyon; seasonal flowers.
Vuong King's Palace: H’mong chiefs house in Dong Van. The tourist have a chance to find out more art, history and culture of Vuong family particularly and H’mong ethnic group generally.
Lung Cu Flag Tower: The last destination in the day is Lung Cu Flag tower. It is the north pole of VietNam where everyone want to visit one time in their life. Passengers discorver the history of this border area and the process to built the tower.
Evening
Have dinner at a restaurant with Black Chicken Hotpot, free walking in Dong Van old quarter, drink coffee, join in some entertainment activities,…

Day 3
Morning
Having breakfast with "Banh cuon doi" (Steamed rice paper roll) – it is very famous in Dong Van, then visit to other destinations in Dong Van Karst Plateau.
Dong Van market: free walking in Dong Van old quarter and Dong Van market – weekly market.
Ma Pi Leng pass: is one of the most wonderful pass in Viet Nam. The pass is 21 km in length which connects Dong Van district and Meo Vac district.
Boating in Nho Que river – Tu San canyon: Tu San is height of 1500m and depth of 700-900m, that is considered to be the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia. The location of Tu San is between Dong Van and Meo Vac district.
Afternoon
Have a lunch at Dong Van town and departing to go to Ha Giang city.
Evening
Have a dinner at the office.
21:00 HAGIANG SHUTTLEBUS go to Hanoi.
Night 3
Return Hanoi Old Quarter by our sleeping bus. Arriving Hanoi at 4:00am, finish the trip. See you again.
